Hiljainen hetki

Yleensä toisten blogien lukeminen tekee iloiseksi, mutta viime viikonloppuna jouduin lukemaan suru-uutisia: meille kaikille niin paljon iloa tuonut Wooper on poissa. Muistan, kuinka tapasin hänet ensimmäistä kertaa ostaessani häneltä ihania keramiikka-astioita. Hän oli niin iloinen kysyessään: ”Sanoitko Olivia?” Oli hyvä, että sain pari kertaa tavata hänet.

Wooper toi minulle ja Albertolle paljon iloa blogillaan ja ihastuttavilla astioillaan. Siksipä järjestimme naapurustomme kanssa hiljaisen hetken Wooperin muiston kunniaksi. Toivottavasti taivaassakin saa piipertää niin paljon kuin vain itse haluaa.

The weekend brought some sad news: always so charming and joyful miniature and doll house artisan and blogger Wooper passed away last week. I had the privilege to meet her a few times and I will always remember her happy voice asking “did you say Olivia?” when I introduced myself when we met first time.

Wooper was an endless source of happiness with her blog and beautiful ceramic table-ware. Therefore we wanted to arrange a memorial ceremony with our friends to honor her and her legacy. We all hope that she shall carry on her art on the meadows of heaven.
