Jättetrevligt - en ny prinsessa!

Olimme juuri saaneet tänä aamuna aamupalamme syötyä, kun oveen koputettiin.
- Kuka ihme voi tulla tänne näin aikaisin aamulla? minä ihmettelin.

Oven takana olivat Björnhufvudit sekä Freija.
- Ruotsissa on uusi pikkuprinsessa! Victoria julisti.
- Aloin heti leipoa prinsessakakkua, kun kuulin, Ingrid Björnhufvud jatkoi.

Emme tietenkään vastustaneet Alberton kanssa kakun syöntiä ja Ruotsin-lipun heilutusta, kun syykin oli niin hyvä. Nyt vain täytyy hetki jännätä, mikä pikku prinsessan nimeksi tulee.



P.S. Vaikkei se kuvasta näykään, kipsi on nyt otettu pois tassustani. Kunhan kuninkaalliset juhlat on juhlittu, kerron teille, mitä kaikkea olemme jo ehtineet tehdä kipsin poiston jälkeen.

A new princess!

We were just about done with our breakfast when there was a knock on our door this morning. Wondering who might be there on that early hour, we opened the door to find the Björnhufvuds and Freya there.

- There is a new baby princess in Sweden! Victoria announced.
- I started to bake a cake as soon as I heard about it, accompanied her mother.

Of course we couldn't resist some early celebration with cake, flags and all. There is still one question, though – what will be the name of the royal newcomer?

P.S. You probably can't see it from the picture, but the cast has been now removed from my paw. Once the royal celebration is over, I will tell you about some of our recent adventures.
